1. We will respond to your email support requests within 24 hours.

2. We are based in Australia so we are in EST.

3. If you are facing issues with the download please send us the screenshot of the error you are seeing.

4. Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can respond with a proper response. If we do not get enough detail then there will be delays as we will need to ask for additional information.

5. If the support analyst cannot answer your question than the issue will be escalated.
